Experience the thrills of the flight industry!
In this interactive camp, participants learn how physics carry planes, how to communicate on official radio channels, navigating from the air, and how to prepare an airplane for flight. Campers operate a flight simulator then visit the Springbank Airport to explore a Cessna 172 airplane and explore airport operations (weather permitting). This camp is open to anyone interested in what it’s like to soar through the air and work towards becoming a part of the industry.
For those who want to continue learning after the camp, this experience provides a foundation for starting flight training towards a Private Pilot Licence.
